Covered Bridges

We saw two covered bridges today. The top photo is the Crawfordsville Covered Bridge in Crawfordsville, and the bottom photo is the Weddle Covered Bridge in Sweet Home. Can you find me in each of the photos?

We also found four letterboxes!

My Very First Letterbox

I found my very first letterbox today!!! Everyone was so proud of me!

It was raining, but it was a drive-by letterbox, and we were able to stamp into the logbooks in our car, so we barely got wet at all.

LETTERBOXING IS FUN!!!

My Visit With Bearemy

BEAREMY

Official
Build-A-Bear Workshop
Mascot

Bearemy was huge, but very gentle. I was given a pawsport with the store stamp in it, a Bearemy trading card, and two sheets of stickers. I had a great time, and I can't wait to add everything to my logbook!

The first thing I saw...

When my box opened,
what did I see...

a BIG furry face
looking at me.

It sniffed me all over
from my head to my hoof.

Then, out of the silence,
I heard a big "Woof!"

(Animal Crackers helped me with the poem.)

"Don't be afraid", someone said as they gently lifted me out of my box. "That's Jake, and he loves little lambs!" Then, I met the rest of the family. They told me how happy they are to have me here, and they hope I will enjoy my visit.

I was thirsty, hungry, and tired after my long trip, so they fed me and tucked me into my box which they had made into a bed.

After my nap, we exchanged signature stamps (my first exchange), they stamped Jake's Personal Traveler in my logbook and helped me log my first four postal finds. Then, we talked about what we will be doing tomorrow. Build-A-Bear Workshop is celebrating their mascot Bearemy's birthday, and I will be able to meet him and have my picture taken with him. I am SO excited!

I miss everyone at home, but don't worry. Animal Crackers is taking very good care of me!

Hello

Hey, my name is Peach. I am a little girl lamb. I have white fleece with peach ears and bright blue eyes. I like to have my back rubbed. Do you like to rub backs? If you rub my back, I'll "Baa" for you, I promise.

I'm a Boxing Buddy. I like to go letterboxing. I'm trying to fill up my logbook with lots of stamps. I'm going to visit Oregon to go letterboxing. I hope to meet lots of friendly people while I'm there.

I am almost ready to go. I've got my stamp carved and my logbook is almost ready. Wish me luck.
